Great location next to Figueretas beach. Low price

Very small room. Noisy hotel and street in front

The hotel was clean, quiet and staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent location, literally 2 minutes from the beach, spa next door and a selection of places to eat and drink. Great value for money.

The only negative thing I can think of is that the beds were a little hard!

The location is perfect for either the beach or for going into Ibiza Town. I will definately stay there when I re-visit Ibiza next year.

We have beeen here in the begining of May 2012, the hotel is good price- quality! Just some rooms are quite old at the 3d floor, the personnel is very kind and pleasant! Most of clubs are closed in the begining of May, only Pacha is opened, but it is not such funny as in summer. In total, the hotel is good, location is good and Ibiza is very nice!

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Superb location, close to the beach of Figueretas and ten minutes walk to the old town of Ibiza.

Breakfast is not good at all, diner was in another hotel?! And as worse as the breakfast.

it is excellent hotel if you want to have the sea in 5 minutes walking, very friendship atmosphere and amazing night life. Pacha club in 20 minutes walking, Space - 10 minutes by bus witch goes every until 6 a.m. This hotel also have very and very tasty dinners and breakfasts.

The location was perfect - very close to the beach and bars, restaurants. Small cosy clean room.

Stuff is really friendly and cool specially (Latif), always ready to help. Location is very good! Easy to reach to any place from bus. (bus stop is near hotel) Recommending!

Very clean rooms and quite central location, very close to the beach

I didn't like this hotel at all! It was horrible! It's got a really poor location so you'll have no view of anything except the crumby apartments behind you and in front of you. It's stuffy, too basic and not good value for money. The staff are not bothered to fix anything. I'd a window that wouldn't lock and a fridge that didn't work and despite taking down my complaint on the very first morning nothing was done about it. The girl at reception wasn't even apologetic. Pointless. And the cleaning ladies barge into your room no matter what, even if you have the sign to say 'do not disturb' on your door and tell them no. Really rude, total invasion of privacy. The linens they provide are so overused and tatty they've got holes in them. One of my bed sheets had chewing gum on them that looked like it had been through a good few washes! I spent as much time as I could away from this hotel! Go somewhere else!

single room was bit tatty but if suns shining then no probs as not in it much but double room was fine for cash

Our room was terrible - it felt like a cell. The bathroom was not clean and in fact the toilet was soiled and clearly had not been cleaned ahead of our arrival. Upon addressing this with the evening receptionist, I was told I was 'lucky' because my wife and I could be put up in another (sister) hotel. I didn't feel very lucky having been put through the earlier experience. At no point did the guy offer an apology...in fact he made us feel bad for raising the issue. Not recommended...

The location was great. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The Air conditioning did not work 2 out of 6 nights. One day running water was not available for 5 hours. The tv was not at all good. The bed was lumpy and uncfortable. The food was terrible. Do not waste money on the half board. The dinner offering was not edible.
